Today we went to the Grand Canyon, in case you can’t tell from the pics posted earlier. It was a nice day – the train ride up and back was great, complete with mock robbery on the return trip (again, see pictures).
The canyon itself was breathtakingly beautiful – see pics posted earlier. Your mind can’t really grasp the size. Whoever said “Look long into an abyss, and the abyss looks into you” must have seen the Grand Canyon.
The day ended on a dour note - a brown one actually - as the RV potty plugged (yep, that’s what this pic is of, the sewer outlet). A quick run to get a plunger and some creative thinking got the shit flowing again.
Signing off for the night. Tomorrow… Back to Vegas!
